1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at support@mystylestudio.shop.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- To initiate a return, email us with your order details and reason for return.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange requests.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you havenβt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company and bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If youβve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
